A sad day I have =(

What a sad day I have!!!
Mel is on her way back to Malaysia for good *safe flight* ! I am so gonna miss her a lot!!!
No people go shopping with me, gossip with me, give me ideas, cook for me, go coles with me etc etc etc.............................................. =....(
Cant stop my tears drooling down when looking her get into the boarding gate......
Such a bad day I have ... arghh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Second news that shocked me!! But actually not that shock, was expected but it just that I tot will not be so soon!!
Anyway, the fella is gonna regret 1 day and will never be blessed!! * cause he is hurting a lot of gals out there*
selfishness, playfulness, lies are not going to take you far as gals these days are so not going to look at this kinda quality of guy!! *if the gal do so, probably she is just not yet awake, but soon she will see and feel*

* Miscellaneous *

Awake earlier this morning, helped Mel to carry her boxes to the delivery man.

Back to unit, due to the emptiness and messiness, I have decided to tidy up the house =)
Unfortunately, I hurt my hand again (just my skin peeled off)
this is just a little tiny hurt as compare to last 2 times which left scars on my hand *WT....*
BUT, the scars are slowing fading off due to my hard work on applying my *eight hours skin protectant* from Elizabeth Arden
and I use it as my lip balm too =)

This is the new packaging, mine was the old one.
I think mine is more convenient. I can just bring along with me to anywhere cause it is in a plastic packaging.

I bought it from MAS flight(when flying back from KL) it was a twin pack come with one small size, 28g 8 hrs skin protectant and one 8 hrs lip balm, cost me around RM 60 (around there la the price, can't remember)
If you wanna grab 1 remember to grab in from those duty free shops, cheaper and they sell in pack for their 8 hours products (lip balm, skin protectant, hand treatment and body lotion)

An energitic day (=

What a nice day today (=

Attended my first Bikram's YOGA class in Melbourne!
Similar postures that we did under a heat room (=
Sweat like hell.. Sweat even more than the time when I am playing volleyball or even jogging!!
Stretch under the heated room, no doubt about that the sweat just drooling down like none stop!! *fuiyooo*
Cheeks start to blush, not due to shyness, is because of the heat!!
Stretch stretch stretch for like 90 min, i reckon like maybe 1 liter of my sweat just gone... good for burning the calories off on this cold day (=

All of us (me , mel, chin, Kerry and Mei yeen) without Gillian *cause we forget to call her, sorry sorry*, joint our first class.

Kerry almost die in the class due to the heat and she couldn't breath.
BUT, we reckon that is because of the guy in front of her and show out his *private part*that make her felt dizzy and high and make her heart beat start pumping like no way, that's why as the result!! lolzzzz

Can you imagine that all our clothes are wet inside out. There is no way for us to stop the sweat drooling down.. hahah even the towel was wet!! *imagine just after your shower*

We pay $19 for our first class and we got free for 9 consecutive classes!! So this free classes will be due on the 12th of May.
The class is located in 179 Bridge Road, level 1.
and
No booking is needed. So gals, just go join the class!!!

All of us are surely going back to attend the class again (= *no doubt about that because we just wanna to attend for the 9 free classes and also make us pretty and healthy*)
Today class was really worthy and my flu just gone!! hahahha
